Challenge

The challenge was to support the path of development and industrialisation of the power system without compromising the programme, traceability or quality of the product. It was necessary to increase engineering capacity with profiles capable of managing the design of interfaces between subsystems, controlling the evolution of the product and process and resolving integration incidents in coordination with the different disciplines of the programme.

Solution

BETWEEN Group deployed an engineering team integrated into the SAPA’s organisation, providing experience in product development, process definition and improvement and integration of on-board systems. The team supported interface management, multidisciplinary coordination, configuration control and incident resolution, reinforcing technical continuity and compliance with the milestones of the 8x8 Dragón programme.

Result
