Challenge

The challenge was to turn a high volume of concurrent initiatives into an executable portfolio, keeping scope, priorities, resources and schedules aligned. A governance layer had to be deployed rapidly to coordinate multiple stakeholders, establish consistent planning and monitoring mechanisms, ensure traceability of decisions and risks, and provide objective visibility of programme progress.

Solution

BETWEEN Group established a digital transformation PMO and mobilised dedicated teams of professionals to address the needs of each workstream. Planning, prioritisation and deliverable-control processes were defined, together with multi-agency coordination mechanisms, milestone tracking, risk management and quality assurance. This model accelerated execution while preserving operational stability and compliance with public-sector requirements.
